The information in this booking page is for a group cruise rate. A minimum of 8 rooms must be booked to obtain these rates. Prices subject to change until a deposit is made.  
Passports are not needed for this cruise. You will need an unexpired State ID/Drivers License and Official Birth Certificate to cruise. A unexpired passport is also acceptable.  

Traveling with Minors
When traveling with a minor where one parent or both parents or legal guardians are not cruising, we strongly recommend bringing an original signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you. If there is no second parent with legal claims to the minor (due to sole custody, deceased, etc.) other relevant paperwork, such as a court decision, death certificate, birth certificate naming only one parent, would be useful to bring in place of a signed letter.
 
Effective May 7, 2025, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security will require every state and territory resident to present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or another acceptable form of identification, such as a passport or enhanced driver’s license, to go through airport security and board a flight within the U.S. TSA does not require children under 18 to provide identification when traveling with a companion within the United States. The companion will need acceptable identification.

 If you prefer to book your own flight, please select a flight after 12pm on July 26th.
You will need to be prepared for increased travel time as you pass through Customs after leaving the ship and will TSA to board your flight timely.

Tuesday, July 22, Day 2 (Sailing): Fun Day at Sea 
Wednesday, July 23, Day 3 (Docked): Enjoying Grand Turks, Turks and Caicos
Thursday, July 24, Day 4 (Docked): Enjoying Princess Cays,  Bahamas
Friday, July 25, Day 5 (Docked): Enjoying Nassau, Bahamas
Saturday, July 26, Day 6 (Miami): Return to Miami and depart home
 
Rates:
The rates on the pricing page are based on double occupancy (2 people in 1 room). Everyone, including children 1 month old, counts as a person.
Call me at 248-916-9636 to make your booking that will include more than 2 people (all ages). 
Booking for cabins with more than 2 people will be at the current cruise rate. Please do not delay in booking as the rate is subject to change.
 
Stateroom Rules for Children:
Minors (12 and under) must be booked with a relative or guardian 25 or older in a balcony room.
 

Additional Cruise Amenity Estimates:

Beverage Package: $69.95 USD per person, per day plus 18% service charge 
Premium WiFi package: $21.25 per day

Payment Schedule:
Initial deposit of $25 per person due before September 20, 2024 - this helps us to hold the rate
MANDATORY Second payment of $150 per person due February 1, 2025; payment can be made before this date to book your cabin
Remaining balance due April 1, 2025
 
PLEASE NOTE: WHEN  YOU AUTHORIZE PAYMENT YOU ARE AUTHORIZING AUCLAIRE TRAVEL TO SUBMIT PAYMENT TO THE SUPPLIER. IF THERE IS ANY PRICE CHANGE WE WILL NOTIFY YOU BEFORE CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING. ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE RECEIPT AND ITINERARY.
