Cancellation policy:
All deposits are refundable up until the trip is confirmed. Trips are confirmed within 3-5 business days. Once confirmed your deposit in non-refundable*. All additional payments (not deposit) towards the trip is refundable up until 90 days prior to the departure date.
If you cancel the confirmed trip on or after the date that is 90 days prior to the departure date, all payments including deposits will be retained by the company and is non- refundable.
*If you cancel when your spot is confirmed and outside of the 90 days until departure, you can receive a trip credit for your down payment minus the $100 cancellation fee.
