  • International flights from the U.S. to St. Lucia – (UVF – Hewanorra International Airport) -  Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights to St. Lucia.  

  • Airport transfers (optional; available at checkout) – Ground transportation between the airport and resort is not included. The airport is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from the resort district—please plan accordingly.

  • Carnival Mas Parade costume (optional; available at checkout - ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 6 DAY | 5 NIGHT  SELECTION) – Participation in Carnival parades or additional fête events requires separate purchase. Contact the event administrator for details and pricing.

Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to the resort’s availability at the time of booking. Please note: Rooms are not secure until three consecutive payments have been made toward the booking. Once the allocated room inventory type is sold out, no additional rooms will be available—so don’t wait! Double Rooms with 2 Queen beds are LIMITED.

Guests may choose a 4-night stay (July 16–20) or a 5-night stay (July 16–21), with pricing varying accordingly.  Please indicate the appropriate package at the time of booking, as well as, on the traveler information sheet. Any request to make changes in the invoice will incur an administrative change fee.

 

💰 Pricing & Deposit Details

  • All prices are subject to change based on booking dates. We recommend booking early to lock in the best rate.
  • A one-time payment plan fee of $34.99 is included in the deposit. This fee goes directly to the agency to manage your payment plan.
    Note: This fee does not apply to travelers paying in full at the time of booking.

🔐 Deposits & Room Reservations

  • Deposits are per person and secure your spot in the room. All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Rooms are not fully confirmed until at least three scheduled payments have been successfully made.
  • If you are booking for multiple travelers, select the appropriate number of guests and complete the payment in one transaction.
  • If roommates are paying separately, each person should select “1 traveler” and book their portion individually. Rooms will be linked manually, and prices will be adjusted accordingly.

🕒 Payment Schedule & Late Fees

  • All payments must be submitted on or before the scheduled due date.
  • A $35 late fee will be added for any missed payments.
  • An additional $15 per day late fee will apply for up to 5 days after the missed due date.
  • After 5 days of non-payment, your trip will be automatically canceled and all payments forfeited.
    NO EXCEPTIONS.  (international reinstatement fee of $200 will apply)

St. Lucia Carnival 2026 is around the corner, and we’re turning all the way up! If you've ever wanted to be part of the real Carnival energy—costumes, music, dancing in the streets—this is your chance.

Our crew has officially hooked up with one of the hottest mas bands in St. Lucia, so you won’t have to figure it out on your own. Just let us know if you want to join the parade, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Midline

  • Placement: Behind Frontline, in the middle rows of the section.

  • Visibility: Moderate—still close to the front but not leading.

  • Features: Less dramatic than Frontline but more detailed than Backline.

  • Parade Experience: Balanced visibility and comfort.

Backline

  • Placement: Behind Midline or towards the rear of the section.

  • Visibility: Lower than Frontline and Midline.

  • Features: Simpler costume, fewer accessories.
