COVID 19 Testing Guideline
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has announced that as of January 26, 2021 at 12:01am EST, that all international airline passengers two years of age or older will be required to present documentation of a negative COVID-19 viral test result (either a nucleic acid amplification test or a rapid antigen test) or show proof of positive viral test in the past 3 months and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official stating you were cleared to travel, in order to board and fly into the U.S.
The testing must be done within 3 calendar days of your journey back to the U.S. (if you are connecting, the test needs to be performed within 3 calendar days of your first flight, as long as you have no layover of more than 24 hours).
As of January 26, 2021, many resorts are covering the test, otherwise it is at the traveler's expense and must be presented to your airline at time of check-in.

• Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your Government Issued Passport.
• You are responsible for keeping up with your payments and payment schedule.
• Room rates are based on the double occupancy
• If Double Occupancy is selected as your package, the full deposit must be paid or roommates must make their deposit payment on the same date.
• Please adhere to the Payment Schedule. It’s important that you stay within the payment deadlines. Payments must be paid on time to secure your reservation from getting cancelled.
• The resort may require you to present a valid photo ID, credit or debit card at check-in. The card is required for any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls or spa services which are not included in the room rate.
• If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up-to-date.
• Room assignments are at the discretion of the hotel/resort and can change at anytime. Prissi Travels CAN NOT guarantee bedding accommodations or room locations.
• Airfare is selected at the time you make your reservation. Agent will attempt to keep you on the same flight schedule but this cannot be guaranteed.
• Travel Documents and Confirmation email will go out 2 weeks before your arrival date.
• Prissi Travels shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package. Prissi Travels shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond Prissi Travels control.

Double Occupancy - There will be 2 people on your reservation. Your roommate can pay for him/herself (select 1 traveler and type roommates name in comments), or you can pay the deposit for both of you (select 2 travelers and complete information for you and your roommate if you are paying for everyone on the reservation). - Contact Agent if you need pricing for a single occupancy (1 person in the room no roomate), or triple occupancy (3 people in the room)

OPTION 2: VACATION PROTECTION PLAN PLUS [VPP+]
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. VPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days of deposit date or before final payment is due, whichever occurs first. This plan is not available with non-refundable hotel rates or air only. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Vacation Protection Plan Plus [VPP+] Pre-Departure Waiver
The following benefits are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the VPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on VPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or by 9am the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings.
Change Fee Waiver:
A one-time change fee, per person will be waived prior to final payment. This applies only to Vacation Express change fees per our Terms and Conditions Contract. This does not include airline change fees where applicable. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.
Price Drop Guarantee:
A one-time price adjustment is permitted per room and only applies to the land portion. The air portion of a booking is not eligible for price adjustment. All travelers in the room must have purchased insurance to qualify. Price adjustments must be requested prior to final payment and, if applicable, any refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. This does not apply to non-refundable room categories. Pricing must be available at Vacation Express at time of the request and all components must match. Email request for price drop adjustment to pricedrop@vacationexpress.com and include current screen shot including same hotel, room category and flight schedule. No changes can be made to bookings with non-refundable hotel rates.
