Entry Requirements
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the official airport that services your trip.
All visitors MUST complete an Electronic Form to enter and exit the Dominican Republic. This form must be completed 72-48 hours before you arrive at https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/

Initial Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at registration to secure your spot.
Reservation Details
- Individual Booking: When booking your spot, ensure that you complete your registration for yourself only. If you're arranging travel with a friend, both parties should make separate bookings.
- Roommates: If you have a preferred roommate, make separate reservations and mention your roommate's name on the registration form.
- Confirmation: Your trip will be officially confirmed once we receive your completed travel registration and the required deposit.
Payment Information
- Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are necessary to maintain your reservation. Staying up-to-date with payments will ensure there are no disruptions to your booking.
- Communication: If you anticipate any difficulty making a payment, contact us within 60 days of the next payment deadline to avoid automatically canceling your reservation.
- The Final Payment Is due on June 1, 2026. It's important to note that no extensions will be granted beyond this date.
Additional Requirements
- Passport: A valid passport is required to travel. It must be valid for at least six months after your return date and have two blank pages. Some countries may not let you enter.
- Occupancy changes may be made up to 90 days before departure with no penalty.
Booking Confirmation
After receiving your deposit and completing the Travel Registration Policy, your booking will be confirmed via email. As your travel dates approach, more details, including your detailed itinerary and tips for preparation, will follow.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits and monthly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable without travel protection insurance. Additionally, no credits will be given for future bookings. A deposit is required for all reservations, and the amount due, along with monthly payment terms and conditions, will be provided upon booking.
Travel Insurance:
Travelers are responsible for protecting their purchase, and travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelers are advised to obtain suitable insurance coverage to protect against potential risks. Insurance options will be offered at the time of registration.
Missing a vacation is disappointing; losing your paid money makes it worse. We highly recommend travel insurance, which covers trip cancellations, interruptions, baggage loss or delays, medical expenses, and more. We’re here to assist you with purchasing travel insurance. If you choose not to buy travel insurance through our vendor, you must sign an insurance waiver form.
Without travel insurance, you agree that if you cancel or interrupt travel for any reason, all payments made to Xscape With Me Travel without travel protections will not be refunded. Xscape With Me Travel is not qualified to answer technical questions about benefits, exclusions, or conditions of any insurance policy or to evaluate the adequacy of any existing insurance coverage.
