Hello all, My name is Branay Boykins and I'm delighted to be your Travel Agent for the Jordans in Japan Vacation. I've been a Travel Advisor for over 5 years and I have been Globe Trotting the World all my life.  I'm happy to answer any questions that you may have prior, during and after your booking process. What's included in this trip:

(Note: One common arrival and departure transfer is included in this package, however if you need separate transfers then it will be additional as applicable)

Any Airfare/ Visa Fee/ Travel Insurance
(Flights can be purchased through me starting ending of July/early Aug 2025) You will have the option to have a payment plan. 
Any meals other than those mentioned in the menu
Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature
Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions
Night Surcharge for Airport transfers (JPY 10,000/- per way for arrivals and departures from 21:00 Hours to 06:00 Hours)
Transfers and Entrance fees other than specified
Mandatory Accommodation Taxes to be paid by clients. This tax is collected by the property directly from the clients.
Tips to the drivers
Guide services not included. Guide services can be included at additional cost
Charges for separate luggage transfer that may be required due to Japan Bullet Train polic
 
 

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Haneda

Stay at: Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba

Hotel check-in, nearby exploration - Relaxed - Airport to Tokyo hotel

 

 

Arrive at Haneda Airport, where you’ll be greeted and transferred privately to your hotel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to your journey.

Overnight - Tokyo

Day 2: Full Day Private Tokyo Highlights Tour

Stay at: Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba 

Senso-ji, Nakamise, Sky Tree, Shibuya, Meiji Shrine, Imperial Palace - Moderate - Hotel to attractions and back

 

 

After breakfast, Embark on a full-day private tour of Tokyo’s iconic highlights, including the historic Senso-ji Temple, vibrant Nakamise Shopping Arcade, the breathtaking Tokyo Sky Tree, and the bustling Shibuya area. Explore the peaceful Meiji Shrine, scenic Rainbow Bridge, and Odaiba, before concluding with a visit to the grand Imperial Palace.

Day 3: Day At leisure

Day 4: Full Day Private Mt. Fuji and Hakone Tour

Mt. Fuji, Oshino Hakkai, Ropeway, Lake Ashi - Moderate - Hotel to attractions and back

 

Day 5: Day At leisure

Stay at: Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba

End of Stay Check-out

If you cancel less than 60 days before the travel date & destination is open Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be shifted to a later date.For the balance amount, the below cancellation fee will be applicable.
