April 12th is the date for the south district spring meeting in Owatonna so we have put together a social event to coincide with the meeting.
 
The plan is to have a bus pick up people along a route starting in Worthington, to Mankato, to Owatonna - where we will stop to attend the meeting, then continue on to Treasure Island Casino near Red Wing for the night.    Bus schedule to be determined but will need to leave Worthington early enough to get to Owatonna in time for the meeting.  After the meeting and lunch at the Owatonna lodge, the bus will continue to the Winona Elks Lodge for a visit and then onto Treasure Island for the evening.  
 
For rooms in the Eagle Tower, cost is $160 per person, covering all taxes & fees,  based on double occupancy.  Single supplement is $100.    If putting three people in a room cost is $130 person.  Or if putting 4 people in a room,  cost is $110 person.  (note all rooms are 2 queen beds)
 
OR you can upgrade to the Wolf Tower, as long as rooms available, for $200 per person, based on double occupancy.  Single supplement is $320.  If putting three people in a room, cost is $145 person.  Or if putting 4 people in a room, cost is $125 person.

Minimum 50 people needed for the bus and 15 rooms for the hotel to keep these group rates in place with the perks!

Cancellation policy:

Deposit of $50 per person to hold your spot will be charged January 20th.  Final payment due March 30th.  If bus and room minimums are not met by Feb 1st, the trip is subject to cancellation and deposits will be refunded.  Final payments are non-refundable.
