BOOKING & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit of $350 per person is required to hold your space. Final payment is due February 17, 2027. Failure to pay by this date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Prices are per person based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted and are subject to change prior to deposit. Your price is locked in and guaranteed for the staterooms held within our group allocation at the time of deposit.
PASSPORT & DOCUMENTATION
A valid passport is required for this trip. Holland America Line recommends your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion date of your travel, with adequate blank pages for entry and exit stamps and any required visas. Proof of required immunizations, visas, and eligibility to enter Canada must also be carried. It is your sole responsibility to ensure all travel documents are correct, current, and in your possession at departure.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
Travel insurance is not included in your package price and is the responsibility of the guest. Declining coverage could result in the full loss of your travel investment in the event of cancellation, medical emergency, or other covered event. Go Wandering Travel is happy to provide travel protection options upon request, contact Stefanie for recommendations.
ITINERARY CHANGES
Your itinerary is subject to change based on weather, ice conditions, or other factors beyond our control, including routing and timing for Glacier Bay and Hubbard Glacier. Holland America Line reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category and to modify ports of call, activities, or scheduling as necessary. No refunds will be issued for modifications outside our control. Full details are outlined in the Holland America Line Cruise Contract, available at www.hollandamerica.com.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are included in your group pricing if you selected the Have It All package. If Have It All was not selected, gratuities (Hotel Service Charges) will be added to your onboard account and are the responsibility of the guest. Gratuities for optional excursion guides are not included and are at your discretion.
OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS
Optional shore excursions, including any dining plan add-ons during the Denali cruisetour, are not included in the base package price, are at an additional cost, and are subject to availability. Pricing is subject to change prior to booking.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to your hotel in Fairbanks and from the ship to the Vancouver airport is not included in the cost of this package and is the responsibility of the guest to arrange.
RESPONSIBILITY
Go Wandering Travel acts as an agent for Holland America Line and assumes no liability for acts or omissions of the cruise line, airlines, hotels, rail, or other third-party service providers. All services are subject to the terms of the Holland America Line Cruise Contract and the respective suppliers.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Any special requirements or disabilities must be disclosed at the time of reservation. Please contact Stefanie before booking if you have accessibility questions. Holland America Line will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special needs but cannot guarantee accommodation in all cases.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
Each country has its own entry requirements, and guests are personally responsible for having the necessary documents at boarding, including any required visas. Holland America Line recommends consulting their visa service partner, CIBTvisas, at https://cibtvisas.com/hollandamericaline. Responsibility for obtaining visas and any required travel authorizations rests solely with the traveler.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
- All guests travel under the terms of the Holland America Line Cruise Contract, issued upon booking and available at www.hollandamerica.com or upon request. Please read it carefully, as it affects your legal rights.
- Holland America Line reserves the right not to honor any published prices determined to be erroneous due to printing, electronic, or clerical error.
- If payment or auto-charge is made via credit card, this is considered an advance payment on your cruise booking.
- Changes to or cancellation of air, hotel packages, or ground transportation are subject to the cancellation fees outlined in the Cruise Contract.
- For security reasons, first, middle (if applicable), and last names on your booking must match the government issued ID used for boarding.
- Each guest is required to complete Holland America Line's online check in, including acceptance of the Cruise Contract and risk acknowledgment. Boarding passes and documents are available via the Navigator App.
- Stateroom interiors and verandahs are non-smoking areas; a $250 cleaning fee applies per occurrence for violations.
- The legal drinking age onboard for this voyage is 21.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Go Wandering Travel:
More than 90 days prior to departure: Loss of deposit ($350 per person)
90 to 60 days prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost
59 to 30 days prior to departure: 75% of total trip cost
29 days or fewer / No-show: 100% of total trip cost
Holland America Line:
Cancellation fees are set forth in the applicable Holland America Line brochure and Cruise Contract, and vary by fare type and sailing date. Optional Cancellation Protection Plans (Standard or Platinum) are available for purchase prior to the date cancellation fees begin to accrue. Contact Stefanie for details and current pricing.
Travel Protection premiums, if purchased, are non-refundable regardless of when you cancel. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Go Wandering Travel during normal business hours. The cancellation date is the date your written notice is received, not the date it is sent.
