BOOKING FEE:
Each booking requires a non-refundable booking fee of $100 (USD) at the time of booking that is invoiced separately and paid to BAG Travel ; this must be paid before you moving forward with any travel plans with their vendor(s). You may pay via the your cart at the time of your transaction.
TRAVEL PROTECTION ASSURANCE COVERAGE:
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Based on BAG Travel's current cancellation policies, the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
BAG Travel cannot sell insurance to clients non US or Canadian residents or if you reside in Quebec.
