Itinerary:

  • Day 1 (Paris): Arrival at CDG airport. Private transfer to the hotel. Remainder of the day to wander Paris on your own
 
  • Day 2 (Paris): Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, meet your guide for your Paris city tour including Louvre and
    Napoleons Tomb.

  • Day 3 (Paris): Breakfast. Free day at leisure.

  • Day 4 (Paris):
    - Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at leisure.
    - In the evening, private transfer for dinner in a local restaurant near the Eiffel Tower / Seine Area for a special New Year’s Eve dinner. After, watch the fireworks (location to be confirmed closer to the date).
    - Continue our evening out in Paris or return to the hotel on your own.

  • Day 5 (Paris): Breakfast at the hotel. Free day at leisure.

  • Day 6 (Paris):
    - Breakfast at the hotel.

Fees, Cancellation Policy, Visa, and Passport Information:

BOOKING FEE:
Each booking requires a non-refundable booking fee of $100 (USD) at the time of booking that is invoiced separately and paid to BAG Travel ; this must be paid before you moving forward with any travel plans with their vendor(s). You may pay via the your cart at the time of your transaction.

 
TRIP PAYMENTS:
  • Deposits: $100 (USD) per traveler
    • Refundable within 6-days of booking
    • Non-refundable after 7-days of booking
     
  • Install Payments: BAG Travel will accept installment payments on groups. Please note, any refunds of installment payments that have been made will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee per $100 (e.g. a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made prior to the effective date of the penalty period for the group. Please review the terms and conditions for full details of these dates and charges.

Final Payment and valid Passport Copies* are due no later than 90 days prior to departure. For payments within 90-days of departure or if air tickets and documents need to be issued immediately after payment, a certified cheque, bank draft or wire transfer must be received. Normally air tickets and travel documents are sent out 30-days prior to departure. 
*Required by TSA. Any airfare tickets booked with this itinerary cannot be issued without a valid passport copy.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY (LAND ARRANGEMENTS):
  • More than 91 days prior to departure = loss of non-refundable deposits
  • Between 90-46 days prior to departure = 75% of net tour price
  • 45 days or less prior to departure = 100% non-refundable
Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions.

TRAVEL PROTECTION ASSURANCE COVERAGE:
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveler becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler's responsibility. Based on BAG Travel's current cancellation policies, the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.

  • A Travel Protection Policy MUST be purchased.  BAG Travel offers group rate travel protection plan option via our partner: Allianz Travel Insurance.
    • To request travel protection, include "Travel Protection" in your cart at the time of your booking fee transaction.

  • If the optional coverage above is declined, a Travel Insurance Waiver Form is required to be signed and returned by each person, at least 3-business days after deposit payment.

  • Insurance Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased. We will be happy to quote current rates, however these are not guaranteed until the policy is purchased.

  • BAG Travel cannot sell insurance to clients non US or Canadian residents or if you reside in Quebec.

PASSPORT & VISA SERVICES:

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date.

Visas*:
  • To simply securing proper travel documentation, BAG Travel has partnered with CIBT, North America's largest provider of visa and passport services. CIBT can assist U.S. travelers with any visa, passport, and other required travel documents. 
  • An ETIAS Visa waiver will be required for US passport holders to 22 European Countries, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino & Vatican City. The current tentative scheduled date for the launch of this requirement is for the end of 2022. For the latest information and requirements, please visit: https://etias.com/
