- Accommodation: based on twin share in handpicked 4* and 5* hotels. No early check in/late checkout included.
- Sightseeing and meals: all included as per the itinerary. Please note that breakfast taken before the restaurant opens or within the room may incur a charge from the hotel.
- Travel Director: services of a Travel Director throughout. Local Experts where required and as noted on the itinerary.
- Service charges: tips to restaurants where a meal is included by Louisa White Travel. Service charges and local taxes on services provided by Louisa White Travel. (Except local airport and border taxes).
- Transportation: exclusive use of private air-conditioned coach from July 9th to 15th and the morning of the 18th (subject to conditions). Arrival and departure transfers are based on one group arrival and one group departure transfer. Should members of the group require transfers outside these times, they will have to make their own transport arrangements. Private transfers may be offered at additional charge.
- Porterage: one piece of luggage per person, in and out of hotels provided by Louisa White Travel.
- Airfare
- Any fees charged by the airline (ex: seat selection, checked bags, etc.)
- Travel insurance. Please note that travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- Passports and applicable visa fees
- Laundry, phone calls, items of a personal nature
