  • Monthly payments are REQUIRED to keep your reservation active, as we are bound by contractual agreements with our hotel and tour partners. If two consecutive monthly payments are missed, your spot on the trip will be forfeited.  
  • Depart the USA on October 23, 2026  to arrive on October 24th .
  • Depart Dubai on November 1, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY:


If there’s no other option than to cancel, we’d like to make sure you’re aware of the potential fees involved. The overview below shows this tour’s cancellation fees depending on how far ahead of the departure date you cancel.

All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to INFO@DELRIOTOURS.COM.  Please note, any refunds of installment payments that have been made over and above the non-refundable deposits will be subject to a 5% processing fee (e.g. a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made prior to the effective date of the penalty period for the group.
  • Before 120 Days prior to arrival – Please note that while the promotional deposit of $99 is available, the standard $300 deposit remains non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. 
  • Between 120-75 Days prior to arrival – You forfeit 30% of the tour cost.
  • Between 75-40 Days prior to arrival – You forfeit 75% of the tour cost.
  • After 35 Days prior to group’s arrival – You forfeit 100% of the tour cost.
