AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN:

You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance on the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. Full payment for this trip is due by April 5,2025.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we strongly recommend Travel Protection which helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more. Please take your time and research the best company for your personal preference. You can also "Google" many more options online, search "travel insurance companies," "travel insurance," or “travel protection.” If you prefer a referral, check out Allianz Travel Insurance. Please note that both roommates must agree on the insurance for the pricing to be covered. 

TRAVEL NOTES:

Traveling to Aruba requires a valid passport. Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Your passport should not expire before December 26, 2025, for this retreat. Please look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.

A credit card will be required at check-in for incidentals. The full itinerary will be emailed to you 30 days in advance to plan your free time while in Aruba. Please be mindful that we suggest and recommend that all attendees arrive in Aruba on June 19, 2025, before 4:00 p.m. You MUST purchase your flight to Aruba before May 1, 2025.

Flight information must be received by SWAAT Travels before your trip's departure to secure your round-trip airport transfers. Once you purchase your flight, you should enter your flight information into our database no later than May 25, 2025. Failure to submit your flight information to SWAAT Travels by this date will result in you forfeiting your airport transfers.

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions. The deposit payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. All payments to SWAAT Travels for the SWAAT Girls Trip are non-refundable, non-transferable, and final upon receipt. SWAAT Travels has contractual agreements with hotels/resorts, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices low and allow you to pay monthly vacation payments.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification/Passport. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in. Guests must book via SWAAT Travels to take advantage of the SWAAT group amenities and events. Monthly, on-time payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger monthly payments than required. We suggest you put this payment plan on your calendar. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If your roommate has not made full payment by the due date, you will lose the entire trip amount. 

If refunds from any excursion booked separately from the reservation are due, it could take up to three (3) weeks or more after the trip ends to post to your credit/debit card. Refunds will be contingent on the terms of the specific excursion booked. Name changes are allowed with a $50 name change fee up until the final payment date and $100 after the final payment date, plus any vendor fees. A late payment of $50 per person is required after the final due date. Management must approve all late payment requests (submitted in writing) before the final payment date on your account. A $20.00 “late fee” will be assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due. Any trip not paid off in full by the final payment date will be subject to cancellation or, at best, a $50.00 late fee. If a reservation is canceled, no refunds or transfers are issued.

SWAAT SISTERS

SWAAT Sisters in good standing will receive a 5% discount on travel. The discount will be deducted at the time of booking. Please utilize the discount code that was sent to you. If you are not a sister in good standing by the final payment date, the discount will be removed.
