Payment & Booking Information:
- Pricing subject to availability and can change without notice.- A deposit of $250 per person is due at booking. Passengers are not considered booked until payment is applied to credit card via travel vendor.
- Final payment is due 65 days prior to departure and must be authorized a minimum of 24 business hours prior to deadline (to allow time for processing).
- All deposits, additional payments, and final payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Changes are not permitted.
- Cancellations or failure to remit final payment by deadline will results in a loss of all previously paid funds.
- Planning & Booking service fees have been waived as a courtesy, but all other agency service fees apply (cancellation, emergency, etc.). Review agency terms & conditions for full details.
Passengers are responsible to verify submitted details for accuracy. Inaccurate information could result in denied boarding or cancellation of package (no-refunds or exceptions). If passport details are not supplied at time of booking, passenger assumes all responsibility and understands this may result in cancellation or denied boarding if incorrect (no refunds, no exceptions).

Travel to Cuba:
Please note the following important details for travel to Cuba:
- All travellers are required to complete an online form 48 hours before travelling to Cuba.
- A Cuban Entry Card (Visa Card) will be provided to you by your airline carrier prior to landing in Cuba.
- Valid Canadian Passport Required.
- Proof of Medical Insurance Coverage is required to enter Cuba, please carry your insurance certificate with your travel documents, as you may be asked to present these at time of entry into Cuba.
- You may experience food & beverage shortages, along with service shortages within Cuba.
- Shortages of goods, including fuel, food items and medications, are common across the country. They have led to reduced transportation services and often long line-ups at grocery stores, gas stations, and pharmacies.
- Service disruptions to power distribution occur regularly. Tour companies and resorts often have generators to maintain service but interruptions can still occur on property.
- There are no automatic teller machines in Cuba and it is forbidden to bring walkie-talkies into Cuba
- Special travel adapters may be required for power outlets.
