Please review the following cancellation policy carefully prior to booking. Submission of a deposit or payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Deposits & Payments

• A $300 per person deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless travel insurance has been purchased and the reason for cancellation meets the insurance provider’s covered terms.
• Reservations are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and processed.
• Final payment is due no later than October 30, 2026. Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all funds paid.

Cancellation Without Travel Insurance

• If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge that all monies paid toward this trip will be forfeited in the event of cancellation for any reason, including but not limited to personal emergencies, illness, schedule conflicts, weather concerns, supplier changes, or travel disruptions.
• Payments cannot be transferred to another traveler, trip, travel date, or future credit.

Cancellation With Travel Insurance

• Travelers who purchase travel insurance may submit a claim directly to the insurance provider for review.
• Coverage and reimbursement are subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements of the selected insurance policy.
• RL Travels does not determine claim approvals or reimbursements.

Supplier & Travel Changes

• RL Travels acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for supplier-initiated changes, including airline schedule adjustments, resort substitutions, or unforeseen operational changes.
• Any additional costs resulting from supplier or airline changes are the responsibility of the traveler.

Pricing & Availability

• All package prices are subject to change until deposits are received and bookings are confirmed with suppliers.
• Group space and promotional pricing are limited and based on availability.

Name Changes & Documentation

• Traveler names must match government-issued identification or passport.
• Any requested name corrections or changes may result in supplier fees and administrative charges, if permitted.

Travel Documentation & Entry Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports and meet all destination entry requirements.
• RL Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.

By making a payment toward this group trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the cancellation terms outlined above.
