How to Book Your Room

Step 5: Submit deposit payment authorization
Once your deposit has been authorized, you will receive a confirmation email within 24–72 hours along with a travel insurance quote.

Environmental Sanitation Tax for all tourists will be imposed by the Mexican government as follows (not included in your package and subject to change without notice) : Costa Mujeres Hotels - $33.94 MXN per night/per person (Approximately $1.89 per person, per night)

The state of Quintana Roo requires all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 MXN per person (Approximately $13.67 per person, not included in the package and subject to change without notice). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.
