Price Policy

All trip prices are as posted on the Traveling Temptationz website at the time of booking. Trips are priced per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms may be available at an additional cost and the prices will be listed where applicable. Prior to booking, prices are subject to change without notice. If you are using our payment plan option, you must submit a non-refundable, non-transferable, per person deposit payment of $150.00.

Payment Schedule

Traveler understands and agrees to satisfy their balance in full no less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival. Should traveler fail to submit the final payment 60 days out, a 10% late fee will be assessed each day based on the original amount.

If traveler fails to submit payment in full by 60 days prior to the date of arrival, Traveling Temptationz reserves the right to cancel booking and retain 100% of funds paid.

Final payment is due September 3, 2024.

Cancellation policy:

Free cancellation until October 31, at 6:00pm (Eastern Standard Time (US & Canada))

Cancellations or changes made after 6:00pm (property local time) on October 31, 2024, or no-shows are subject to a property fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation minus the $200.00 deposit per person.
