Can I bring a guest?
Guest are welcome however they must book their own room.
 
Do I have to attend all the excursions?
It's totally up to you, we prefer to operate as a group. There is no refund for not attending certain excursions. You do have the options to choice which tour you want to attend.
 
Do you offer refunds or credits to other trips if I can’t attend?
No, all trip payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
 
Is the price for a double per person or per room?

The price is per person. This means each person that stays in the double room must register and pay the full price of the double room. If you do not have a roommate we will match you. 

 
Is transportation included?
Yes, round trip transportation is included to and from airport and to all scheduled  excursions. 
 
What is the weather like in Bali?
PERFECT! Sunny during the day and humid. Don't forget to bring your shades, sunscreen and a hat. 
 
How much extra spending money should I bring?
For extra drinks, snacks souvenirs and lunch/dinner that are not included. We suggest that you bring about $300-$450 spending money for the week to cover extra meals, emergencies and more.
 
What visas do I need?
Most tourists can get a visa on arrival for free in Bali if you are staying less than 30 days.
 
What airport should I fly into?
There is only one major airport to Bali which everyone flies into which is Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). This is where you will be picked up and driven to the villa. 
 
What part of Bali are we staying in?
You will be staying in a luxury private villa in Seminyak Bali. Your villa will come fully equipped with everything you need for the week from staff, security, daily cleaning and a full service kitchen plus more. 
 
I need assistance finding a flight
Please send an email to admin@globalgirlfriendstravel.com; subject: Flights for Bougie in Bali. Please include the departure city and all details. 
 
What time should I arrive and depart?
Our welcome dinner usually starts in the evening at around 6:00pm. Departure day you should expect to leave the villa NLT 12:00. 
 
How much free time is there?
You have afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out and explore, or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional so you are welcome to skip something in favor of some extra downtime.
 
Are men allowed to attend this trip?
GIRLS ONLY!! We are bringing like minded women together in Bali for an incredible girls trip. We do plan private experiences that can include your signifiant other. 
 
What happens if Bali's borders close due to COVID-19?
If the borders close we will provide you with a full credit of all balances you have paid towards any future trip (this could be a group trip or a private trip) whenever you are ready to travel. 

Cancellation policy:

To cancel your vacation, Travel Advisor charges a non- refundable fee of $100.00. This fee is payable at the time of the cancellation request and the vacation will not be cancelled until this fee is paid. There are NO refunds. All cancellations must be in written form and sent to admin@globalgirlfriendstravel.com.  All attendees are strongly encouraged to get travelers insurance to cover in the case of cancellation due to various reasons.

Formally accept Global Girlfriends Travel LLC's Terms & Conditions as stated herein. I give Global Girlfriends Travel LLC permission to accept the terms and conditions of the third-party supplier on your behalf.  All the terms & conditions applicable to your vacation will be reviewed with you in your travel proposal. You agree to abide by the terms & conditions and policies of both the third-party supplier and Global Girlfriends Travel LLC. Any violation will constitute a breach and forfeiture of any and all payments. 
 
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON- TRANSFERRABLE.

Retreats fill up quickly so we’re offering 3 waitlist spots for this retreat.

If you claim one of these spots, you need to be able to and will be responsible for paying for the entire retreat (and your personal flights to and from) before the start of the retreat. This means, if a spot becomes available with 6 weeks until the retreat, you would be responsible for paying the full amount by the start of the retreat.

ONLY CLAIM THESE SPOTS IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE RETREAT IN A SHORT TIME PERIOD.

How this will work:

From here, we will request a $750 deposit for your spot.
If a spot becomes available, we’ll reach out directly and give you 24 hour to claim your spot and make a payment towards the trip.
If a spot does not become available, we will refund your deposit.
If you cannot attend at the time the spot becomes available, you forfeit your deposit. It will not be refunded.

Again, you are responsible for full payment of the retreat by the start of the retreat. And the same rules apply for cancelation as above.
