- Sunday, May 3rd, 2026 Wedding Day
Due Dates:
- November 20th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Secrets Playa Mujeres and Dreams Playa Mujeres.
- December 1st, 2025 is the due date for 40% of your room balance.
- February 1st, 2026 is the due date for your remaining room balance.
Reminders:
To be considered a part of Kim and Jack’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Kim and Jack and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.
- March 3rd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
- Secrets and Dreams Playa Mujeres, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
- Specific buildings or room numbers are not guaranteed but can be requested at time of check-in.
- Secret’s Playa Mujeres is strictly 18+ with no exceptions. Based on age at time of check-in.
- Secrets and Dreams Playa Mujeres maximum occupancy in room:
- 2 adults + 2 children under 13 years old, 3 adults + 1 child under 13 years old or 1 adult + 3 children under 13 years old.
- Preferred Swim Out rooms and Preferred Private Pool Rooms have an age restriction; minimum age allowed on these rooms are from 13 years and older. No exceptions apply due the resort policies.
- Quadruple adult rooms not allowed. Triple rooms allowed only at Tropical View and Partial Ocean View category subject availability of bedding.
- Secret’s Playa Mujeres guests have access to Dreams Playa Mujeres amenities.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before December 5th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee while maintaining the 3 night minimum.
- Between December 5th, 2025 and January 5th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 20%.
- Between January 5th, 2026 and February 5th, 2026 any cancelled room nights will be charged at 40%.
- If you cancel your reservation, no show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 5th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.
Dreams Playa Mujeres and Secrets Playa Mujeres will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason. The resort will not allow room name reassignments outside of 60 days before travel.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams Playa Mujeres and Secrets Playa Mujeres and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Dreams Playa Mujeres and Secrets Playa Mujeres.
