- Airfare in NOT included and must be purchase directly from airline of your choice. The airport code is BGI. You are required to provide your flight details 30 days prior to the departure date.The transportation is ONLY for the dates that are booked with us. Failure to provide your flight details by the due date will result in forfeiting your ground transportation and will be strictly enforced for this trip.
- Travel insurance is Not included - You can choose to purchase external travel insurance to protect your investment. Our trip is 100% NON refundable for ANY reason, unless WE cancel the event.
- Spa Service is Not included

All rooms are based on availability at the time of booking. If a room category is sold out, you must book the next available option.
The rates listed are Per Person select number of travelers and room cost with populate for you. Bedding requests are not guaranteed
A VALID PASSPORT THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE RETURN DATE IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
Due to strict contractual obligations, this trip is NON-REFUNDABLE unless it is canceled by Royalton Resort or JEK Travels.
If the trip is canceled by you, you will not receive a refund or travel credit unless you have purchased optional travel insurance. If you cancel and you have insurance, you must file your claim directly with the insurance provider. You have the option to purchase external travel insurance to protect your investment. You will need to select yes for a travel insurance quote from our third party affiliate Allianz.
For all questions regarding coverage, benefits, or claims, you must contact the insurance provider directly.
Deposit – The first deposit of $100.00 per person is due at the time of booking to lock in the group rate.
Monthly payments are required until the balance is paid in full or until the final payment due date
Final payment is due August 1, 2027.
Any reservation not paid in full by this date will automatically be cancelled and forfeiture of all monies paid. There are absolutely no exceptions.
Check in time is at 3:00 pm and Check out time is at 12:00 noon, However, if you arrive early you can eat, drink and use the facility until your room is ready to check in at 3:00 pm.
At Check-in the resort will ask you to place a credit card on file for incidentals for $200.00. This will be returned back to your card at check out as long as nothing is charged to your room.
