Oh don't forget we've added something new for next year....
We are offering round trip Motor Coach Transportation from Chicagoland. That's right, you asked and we listened. Board the L&L Party Bus and enjoy a comfy ride to the Essence Festival. We will have light snacks and drinks, games, prizes, 3 -4 stops from door to door to give the opportunity to stretch, purchase food/snacks, use facilities etc. There are only 30 seats available for this option so add your seat RIGHT AWAY....Although the Essence Experience dates are July 3-6, the bus will depart on July 2nd between 5-6pm CST from Chicagoland. Actual departure location will be disclosed later, but we always depart from South Suburbs or Hammond, IN area.
What's included in this trip:
- 4 Days/3 Nights Accommodations at Hilton Riverside (right in the mix of all the local attractions and great food options and steps from the Convention Center and trolley to Bourbon St etc)

Itinerary if Riding the Bus from Chicagoland:
- Day 1: Depart Chicagoland at approximately 6pm CST
- Day 2: Arrival to New Orleans & Poolside Meet & Greet
- Day 3: Day on your own to explore
- Day 4: Group Day Party/Brunch
- Day 5: Day of Departure from New Orleans around 9am local time
Terms & Conditions
IDENTIFICATION: Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed
on her/his government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes
to a name, after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name
change fees, if applicable.
PAYMENTS: Our merchant account is with Travel Joy. This will allow our clients to make
payments with any major credit/debit cards.
REFUNDS: All payments to Ladies & Luggage Luxury Travel Group are non-refundable and
non- transferable. This is because Ladies & Luggage has contractual agreements with
hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we
can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments for
your vacation.
