Cancellation Policy for “WELCOME TO JAMROCK" Trip

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in your plans. To maintain transparency and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies to the "WELCOME TO JAMROCK trip:

Down Payment: A non-refundable down payment of $99-$199 per person is required to confirm your reservation for the "WELCOME TO JAMROCK" trip. The down payment is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Payment Schedule: The entire payment for the "YOLO JAMAICA" trip must be completed by July 17, 2024.

Payment Deadline: July 17, 2024

Failure to fulfill the full payment by the specified deadline July 17, 2024 may result in the cancellation of your reservation, with no full refund. Cancellation Before Final Payment: If you need to cancel your reservation before the final payment deadline (July 17, 2024), you will forfeit the non-refundable down payment and a percentage of the cost depending on when you decide to cancel. 

Cancellation After Final Payment: Cancellations made after the final payment deadline (July 17, 2024) will result in the forfeiture of the entire trip cost.

Biweekly Payments: The biweekly payment plan spans from February 2, 2021, to the final payment date of 🤢July 17, 2024, totaling 15 payments, including the down payment. Partial payments or down payments alone do not secure your reservation beyond the cancellation deadline. To guarantee your spot, the full payment must be received by July 17, 2024.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the hotel deadline which is July 17, 2024.

Reservation Transfer: Reservations for the "WELCOME TO JAMROCK" trip are non-transferable. In the event that you are unable to attend, the reservation cannot be transferred to another individual. Itinerary.
