How to Book
Choose the appropriate room type
- Single Occupancy: One person in a room
- Double Occupancy: Two people in a room
- Upgraded room is for single occupancy

Please note: The initial deposit must be paid together for everyone in the cabin. If you'd like separate invoices after booking, just let your travel advisor know.
Payment Policy
Due to contractural agreements, monthly payments are required. Any account that is two (2) months past due will be canceled. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please contact Free Your Mind.
Change & Cancellation Policy
Please note, all payments, including deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless vetted.
If one person in a double occupancy room cancels, the remaining guest’s rate will be updated to a single occupancy rate unless a replacement roommate is provided. The payments made by the cancelling party cannot be transferred to the remaining guest or replacement. The replacement is subject to a name change fee.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance can cover medical emergencies, trip delays, lost or delayed baggage, and cancellations.

Free Your Mind Terms and General Group Policies
- You CAN NOT attend any events, excursions, or celebrations if you are not booked with Free Your Mind. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All payments including your deposit is nonrefundable and non-transferable.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government-issued identification
- Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Any account that is two (2) months past due will be canceled. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please email mallory@freeyourmindtravel.com.
- Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.
