Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all bookings made with Siam Tours & Travels (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking travel services with us, you (“the client,” “traveler,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms:

I authorize SIAM TOURS & TRAVELS to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

1. Authorization of Payment

By signing or submitting payment for this booking, I authorize Siam Tours & Travels to charge the credit card or bank account listed on this invoice for the specified amount. I confirm that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company or bank, provided the transaction corresponds to the terms stated in this invoice.

2. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the resort or travel supplier. A booking is not considered final until a confirmation email or invoice has been issued by Siam Tours & Travels.

3. Deposits and Final Payment

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due by the deadline stated on your invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any funds paid.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of Siam Tours & Travels and/or the resort, based on the applicable cancellation policies of the supplier.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation fees may apply and vary depending on the resort and the timing of cancellation.
• No-shows or unused portions of a booking are non-refundable.

Travel protection or trip insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes to confirmed bookings (such as dates, names, or room types) are subject to availability and supplier approval. Additional fees may apply. Siam Tours & Travels reserves the right to charge a service fee for any requested modifications.

6. Responsibility and Liability

Siam Tours & Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other independent suppliers providing accommodations, transportation, or other services. We assume no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any third-party service provider.

7. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visas, identification, etc.) required for entry into the destination country. Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, with no refund.

8. COVID-19 and Health Requirements

Travelers are responsible for meeting all health and vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 testing or vaccination if applicable. Siam Tours & Travels is not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from failure to meet health or entry requirements.

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

By authorizing payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or bank as long as the transaction corresponds to the agreed-upon terms and services. All concerns must first be directed to Siam Tours & Travels for resolution.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of any amount toward your trip indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
