Itinerary:

 Stay in style: Deluxe accommodations in one of Rio’s best spots (twin occupancy). Breakfast, daily: 

 

• Day 1 :  Meet & Greet, Transfer to hotel accommodations. Welcome Dinner
• Day 2 : Rio Highlights-  Full Rio tour that includes visiting the Christ Redeemer, one of the world wonders as well as other iconic attractions in Rio
• Day 3: Feel the  rhythm of Rio and explore local life. 
• Day 4: Day of Leisure
• Day 5: Private boat party - you will sail through the stunning turquoise waters of the Arraial do Cabo on a luxury sport boat. During the outing you will have the opportunity to go for a dive and enjoy the sun.  Who knows on a good day you may even see dolphins. 
• Day 6: Departure day

 

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

A valid passport is required Passport must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure. Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission. It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.

Proof of COVID Vaccination is not required (this could also include proof of Booster shot) Proof of Negative COVID Test is not required.

VISA REQUIREMENTS: Starting April 2025 US citizens will need an E-Visa which can be obtained online. Cost is $80 -90 USD. Will be valid for 10yrs. 

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS: The are no COVID- related entry requirements for US citizens.

 TOUR ENDURANCE:

(Physical Activity) This tour is a continual moving itinerary. This tour includes riding for extended amounts of time (3 to 4 hours at times). Traveler must be able to walk short to long distances.

LADIES N THE SKY CANCELLATION POLICY

Travel has 21 days to cancel from the date of deposit for the return of the deposit and/or payments made during that 21 day timeframe. All cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to ladiesnthesky@gmail.com. Due to contractual agreements with vendors/suppliers all payments received for Ladies N The Sky Customized Group Tours are non refundable and non transferable.

 Ladies N The Sky will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we (Ladies N The Sky) have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

Ladies N The Sky does not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.

All terms & conditions are listed below. Payment of deposit indicates that you have read, understand, and agree to all of the terms and conditions for this tour.

This is a land only package, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. When making your flight arrangements please pay close attention to the dates specified for the trip. You will want to schedule your flight to ensure you arrive GIG on August 11th no later than 11am and departure from GIG on August 16th. When arriving outside the designated timeframe you will be responsible for transfer to hotel. So, if necessary please consult with host before purchasing your flight.
