By signing below, I authorize LC’s Great Escapes, LLC to charge the credit card provided and agree to all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Submitting information via this invoice or reservation form does not automatically confirm a reservation. Confirmation and a payment receipt will be emailed once payment has been successfully processed.
All prices, rates, and availability are subject to change until the required deposit or full payment is received. LC’s Great Escapes reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuations or supplier changes. Final invoices will reflect any applicable increases. All prices are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted. If a roommate cancels, pricing and availability may change.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Replacing a traveler constitutes a cancellation and may result in penalties. Name changes due to incorrect information will incur a $200 per person fee, plus any additional supplier charges. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
Regularly scheduled payments are required to maintain reservations. Your invoice will outline your payment plan, and it is your responsibility to ensure timely payments.
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond travel dates. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have proper travel documents. Entry requirements provided apply to U.S. citizens only; non-U.S. citizens must verify requirements with the appropriate consulate. Reservations must be made using your full legal name as it appears on your passport. Entry requirements are subject to change at any time, and LC’s Great Escapes is not responsible for such changes.
LC’s Great Escapes will make every effort to operate all tours as printed in the itinerary; however, circumstances may arise that require modifications. While every effort will be made to avoid changes, LC’s Great Escapes reserves the right to make necessary adjustments at its discretion.
Supplier Disclosure, Liability, and Force Majeure:
LC’s Great Escapes works with third-party suppliers to provide travel arrangements. Land components-including accommodations, transfers, and tours-are booked through various suppliers. Land components will be booked through Hyatt. Each supplier operates independently under its own terms and conditions. LC’s Great Escapes acts solely as an independent agent and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service failures of any supplier.
LC’s Great Escapes is not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or losses caused by supplier or clients actions or events beyond our control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, mechanical failures, or severe weather. Assistance with claims or rebooking will be provided to the extent permitted by supplier and LC's Great Escapes policies.
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree that your travel arrangements are governed by these terms and the applicable supplier terms and conditions.
