WHAT IS THE SAMBADROME?
The Sambadrome is the massive parade stadium where Rio’s top samba schools perform during Carnival in front of thousands of people. Think elaborate floats, live drumming, nonstop dancing, unbelievable costumes, and an atmosphere unlike ANYTHING else in the world.
If you book the VIP Samba Experience, you won’t be packed into the chaos on the street shoulder-to-shoulder with sore feet and nowhere to sit, you’ll be in a premium section along the Sambadrome runway with a close, unobstructed view of the samba schools as they pass right in front of you, plus access to an exclusive lounge with food, drinks, an open bar and a much more comfortable atmosphere. Unlike general admission, where you’re packed into bleachers for hours, this is a once-in-a-lifetime way to experience Carnival with space, service, and a front-row feel to one of the most iconic shows in the world. What's Not Included:
By submitting any payment to Travel Butler LLC, traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms, conditions, payment requirements, cancellation policies, and booking policies associated with their reservation.
All initial payments made to Travel Butler LLC are considered a non-refundable retainer paid in exchange for reserving space on the trip, securing accommodations and vendor contracts, administrative services, trip planning, coordination, management, consultation, and access to participate in the group experience. The retainer is earned immediately upon receipt and is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Traveler understands and agrees that Travel Butler LLC begins incurring expenses, contractual obligations, vendor commitments, staffing allocations, planning services, and administrative costs immediately upon booking confirmation. As such, all retained amounts constitute reasonable liquidated damages intended to compensate Travel Butler LLC for actual business losses and are not considered penalties.
Reservations are issued only to the original traveler listed on the booking and may not be transferred, reassigned, resold, or exchanged to another person without written approval from Travel Butler LLC.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the traveler’s invoice or booking portal via TravelJoy in order to be considered officially received. Verbal cancellations, social media messages, text messages, or messages sent to individual staff members will not constitute official notice of cancellation.
Cancellations made 180 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a refund of all payments made minus the non-refundable retainer or $250 per person, whichever amount is greater.
Cancellation requests made less than 180 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive no refund whatsoever. This includes cancellations due to personal circumstances, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, medical situations, failure to obtain required travel documents, or inability to participate in the trip for any reason.
Traveler understands and agrees that unused services, missed activities, voluntary withdrawal, removal from the trip, or early departure do not qualify for refunds, credits, or charge reversals.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:
Traveler agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals for charges authorized under these agreed booking terms. In the event a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for a valid charge, Travel Butler LLC reserves the right to provide the traveler’s agreement, invoice history, payment records, communications, policies, and booking confirmations to the financial institution or dispute processor as evidence of authorization and agreement to these terms.
Traveler further agrees that any fees, penalties, administrative costs, collection costs, attorney’s fees, or losses incurred by Travel Butler LLC as a result of disputed valid charges may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
All scheduled payments must be made on time. Payments received after the due date are subject to a $25 late fee on overdue monthly payments. Late final payments are subject to a $100 late fee.
Failure to make two consecutive scheduled payments may result in the reservation being changed, downgraded, suspended, or canceled at the sole discretion of Travel Butler LLC. Any prior payments, retainers, fees, or amounts paid will be forfeited.
Travel Butler LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to non-payment or violation of trip policies.
Travel Butler LLC reserves the right to amend, update, interpret, or modify these policies and terms at any time without prior notice.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers and should be purchased to protect against cancellation, illness, injury, delays, emergencies, supplier default, or any unforeseen circumstance that may impact travel plans or participation.
