Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than noon the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost.

All cancellations on VPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or by 9am ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings.
If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive your refund.
