Guests who are sharing a room must have the same arrival and departure dates. The resort does not permit mixed occupancy numbers during the stay (i.e. single occupancy status one night followed by three nights of double occupancy status).

Should a roommate have to cancel and the overall occupancy level of the room changes., the room will be repriced to reflect the occupancy level that will actually use the room. For example, two people are to share a room and at the last minute one person has to cancel. The room would be repriced from a Double Occupancy room to a Single Occupancy room and the Single Occupancy room rate will be applied to the reservation. Travel Insurance can cover the increased cost to the remaining traveler provided the travel insurance is purchased prior to the roommate canceling their reservation.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT:
The minimum number of nights the resort allows for reservations is 3 nights.
However, it is recommended that you consider a minimum of a 4 night stay. Arriving on the resort a few days prior to Janette and Josh's wedding gives you time cushion for potential delayed or canceled flights. Most flights from the middle of the US will arrive in Cancun in the afternoon. If you arrive the day prior to the wedding, you may not be giving yourself enough cushion of time to allow for potential flight cancellations and delays or luggage delays.

Departure Day:
You can expect that your driver taking you back to the airport will arrive at your hotel 3-4 hours prior to your flight departure time. So, please be mindful when booking your return flight. As an example, a 10 a.m. flight departure time will likely mean a 6 or 7 a.m. pick up time.
