We'll explore the diverse cultures, food, and mingle with local South Africans. Johannesburg ( Jozi or JoBurg) is called 'The City of Gold', and is the largest city in South Africa. Cape Town, known as 'The Mother City', is the legislative capital of the country and the second largest city after Johannesburg. Payment Info:
- $350 per person deposit due at time of booking
- Monthly installments are due on the 1st each month
- Trip must be paid in full by December 1, 2023
All payments to Sunshine Travels LLC are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sunshine Travels LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. All final payment dates are clearly noted above and on your individual invoices. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are timely. A $50 late fee MAY be added to any payments made after the due date. If you fail to make your final payment by the final payment date, your reservation will automatically cancel and all previous deposits and payments will be forfeited.
Travel Protection- Missing a vacation is bad and losing money is even worse. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Click HERE to get your quote and purchase insurance.
Additional Information:
- A valid passport is required for travel for six months beyond your travel date. For this vacation package, your passport should not expire before July 25, 2024.
- You will need to depart the USA on January 25th to arrive in Johannesburg by January 26, 2024.
- A full day by day itinerary will be provided approximately 15 days before travel..
- At hotel check -in a valid credit card may be required for incidentals.
Roommates:
- We do not provide any roommate matching
- Both roommates need to book within 5 days of each other. If one roommate does not book, you can find another roommate or your room will be converted to single occupancy. If this happens, reach out to us for more info.
- If a roommate books and then cancels, the remaining roommate will have to pay the Single Occupancy rate.
Steps on How to Book:

- Each person has to pay their own deposit. If you are a couple staying in one, one person may pay the deposit ( per person) on behalf of both individuals.
- On the next screen, select '1' traveler and enter all your information. You will need to know who your roommate will be in order to book. You need their full name.
- On the far right will be your cost of the trip and your deposit amount.
- Next enter all your information
- Then proceed to make your payment

Choose this package if you are sharing the room with another person. Both roommates will pay the price listed. Both individuals should coordate with each other on when they will make their deposits. Once you pay your deposit, your roommate must make their deposit within 5 days of your paymennt or your package will be converted to the Single Occupany Rate.
Each person needs to pay their own deposit as everyone has to sign and accept Sunshine Travels' Terms and Conditions.
