**Tabbed open bar , This involves High Life Travel paying a tab upfront with venue ahead of the event. Once the tab runs out, venue will turn in cash bar and guest will be required to pay for drinks. Announcement will be made when tabbed bar period is over.

Late Payment and Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Due Date:
Unless Paid in Full you will have payments due each month.
2. Grace Period:
A grace period of 3 days is allowed after the payment due date each month. During this period, if the invoice remains unpaid, a late fee of $75 will be applied.
3. Final Notice:
If payment is not received within the 3-day grace period, we will send a final reminder. You will have an additional 4 days (total of 7 days from the original due date) to make the payment.
4. Cancellation and Forfeiture:
If payment is not received within the 7-day period from the original due date, your booking will be canceled. Any funds already paid will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Contact Us:
If you anticipate any issues with payment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss possible arrangements.
6. Rebooking:
If your booking is canceled due to non-payment, you will need to rebook, subject to availability, and may be required to pay a new deposit and/or booking fee.
- Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. HIGH LIFE TRAVEL, LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.
- Airfare is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing. The airport code is Las Vegas is LAS
- Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit. - YOU MUST BE 21 OR OVER TO JOIN US. Our event is for mature adults only. Everyone must reserve with HIGH LIFE TRAVEL LLC agency ONLY or you will not be a part of our group or participate in any of our group events!
- Due to strict contractual obligations, This trip is NON-REFUNDABLE for ANY REASON UNLESS WE CANCEL.
The final payment due date is March 3, 2025. Registration must be reserved in your FULL NAME as it appears on your Government ID
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation must be received in writing. The following cancellation terms apply. No refunds are made for late cancellations, no-shows, or unused services during this trip. Travel delays, trip cancellations, trip interruptions, loss of property, and medical services will not be reimbursed and must be submitted to the passenger's travel insurance for claims. HIGH LIFE TRAVEL LLC is not held liable for any aforementioned incidents.
If cancellation notice is received after final payment, the following terms apply:
• "No Show" situations where the traveler does not check-in and is denied boarding situations are not covered
• Non-refundable hotel rates
• If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per-person occupancy rate
• Nonrefundable travel agent fees.
• No name changes or substitutions on travel protection plans
• Cost to change to an alternate scheduled airline as a result of an airline schedule change before departure
• The cost of the travel protection plan
