By submitting a reservation and authorizing payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Terms & Conditions of this journey.

I authorize CaraSouls Travel Services to charge the credit card or bank account provided for the amount selected today. This payment is for the travel services described in this reservation.

I understand and acknowledge that all payments made toward this journey are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as may be provided under a valid travel insurance policy purchased separately. I understand that cancellations, refunds, and changes are governed by the Cancellation, Refund, and Change Policies outlined in this booking.

If I have elected to participate in a payment plan, I understand that I am responsible for remaining current on all scheduled payments. All payments must be completed by the final payment deadline, and I may not miss two (2) consecutive scheduled payments. Failure to remain current on my payment schedule may result in cancellation of my reservation, and any payments made will remain subject to the applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy.

I certify that I am the authorized user of the payment method provided and authorize CaraSouls Travel Services to process payments in accordance with my selected payment option. I further agree that I will not dispute or initiate a chargeback with my financial institution for any payment that is processed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the services purchased. Should I have any questions or concerns regarding my reservation, I agree to contact CaraSouls Travel Services first to allow the opportunity to resolve the matter.

By completing this reservation, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and all travelers included in this booking.
