Due to our contractual agreements with our suppliers and vendor, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE. With this in mind, we strongly encourage that each traveler purchase Travel Insurance to protect your investment. If your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for paying the difference of the cost of the room if you are unable to secure a replacement.
Required deposits/payments must be up to date at all times to maintain reservation. Reservations which do not have the required deposit/payment will be automatically cancelled. After reservations accompanied by a deposit have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to andrea.harris@mstripsytravel.com with your invoice number and full name. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays, please call 909-714-6882 to ensure your information was received.
By securing a reservation, you are acknowledging that you have been advised to purchase travel insurance to cover your travel investment. All rooms are based on double occupancy. For those who book a double, but a roommate backs out, your package rate will be adjusted to the single traveler rate. No exceptions. For those who book single occupancy, your invoice will be adjusted to meet that package rate and emailed to you with the updated solo traveler. You can opt for automatic billing to avoid any missed payments. By securing services you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.
LUXURIOUS TRAVELS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
A Passport is required for this trip. Your passport must be valid 6 months after the return date for any international travel.
Please register in your Full Legal Name as it appears on your Passport.
Rates are not guaranteed until your deposit payment is received.
The deposit payment per guest(s) will hold your room at the quoted rate.
Room rates are based on the total occupancy and room type.
If Double Occupancy is selected as your package, a deposit payment must be made for each guest. If not, the total package price will be adjusted to the number of travelers who paid their deposit.
All parties booking together must have identical items invoiced.
Please adhere to the Monthly Payment Schedule. {If you requested to be on a schedule)
It’s important that you stay within the monthly payment deadlines. Monthly payments must be paid on time to secure your reservation from getting canceled.
If cancellation occurs and the occupancy of the room falls below the initial occupancy, payments must be paid to satisfy the adjusted room rate. Any new guest added to the reservation will have to make all scheduled payments up to date.
The Hotel will require you to present a valid Passport, and credit, or debit card at check-in. The card is required for any mandatory fee as well as any additional hotel incidental charges such as spa services or phone calls which are not included in the room rate.
Room assignment is at the Hotel's discretion and can change at any time.
Your Itinerary and Confirmation email will go out no less than 2 weeks before your arrival date.
Itinerary is subject to change. Luxurious Travels reserve the right to make any changes to the hotel/resort, vendors, tours/excursions, itinerary and/or entertainment lineup.
Luxurious Travels is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Luxurious Travels is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Luxurious Travels In addition, (The Traveler) release Luxurious Travels from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.
As a condition of utilizing all/any services suggested and/or booked by Luxurious Travels, you VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO FULLY ASSUME ALL RISKS related to Covid-19 exposure. You further AGREE that you SHALL NOT SUE OTHERWISE HOLD LIABLE Luxurious Travels, its owners, employees, agents, insurers, and any relevant tour operators, travel agencies, and travel agent for any Covid-19-related illness, injury, death, losses, or damages of any kind of nature whatsoever. The resort may require a credit or debit card at check-in to cover any hotel incidental charges not included in the room rate.
Please understand that, without this Assumption of Risk and Covenant Not to Sue, it would be nearly impossible for Luxurious Travels to operate under the current circumstances. We don’t like legal jargon any more than you do, and we look forward to the day (hopefully in the near future) when all of this goes away. In the meantime, we feel it is only fair that you are fully informed and allowed to make the best possible decisions for you and your loved ones.
There may be some entry and exit restrictions based on each country for visitors. These restrictions are set forth by foreign governments and include DUI’s, health concerns & vaccinations, child safety, and support, offensive actions, or any felony arrest history.
