Clients must respond to quotes and/or provide feedback within 24 hours of receipt of the initial quote to lock in the determined price by placing a deposit or if traveling in less than 45 days, paying in full.

Discuss your wants and needs for each trip
Use years of industry/destination knowledge, experience and connections to curate a full service itinerary for each trip.
The travel service retainers listed below includes the initial consultation, the time involved in the research and development of the itinerary, and close consultation with you on revisions until all the details match your vision. Once the supplier deposit is made, you will continue to receive services from Nexus Jet Setter every step of the way. We will keep you updated with emails, payment plans (if required), air schedule changes (if necessary), check in process and in-travel issues. If you decide not to book with us or cancel your vacation, our fee applies for services rendered.

Our airline and hotel partners update their inventory hourly and we cannot guarantee the quoted price without your deposit. In efforts to manage all clients, all communication for your vacation prior to travel will be via email unless there is an immediate concern requiring a phone call.
