CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES: The minimum initial deposit is non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable following July 20, 2026 and the final balance due date is July 20, 2026.  Any date changes or reductions in stay that take place following the final balance due date are subject to cancellation fees (for any room nights cancelled). Any applicable refunds must be requested from the travel protection supplier, not Just Book It Travel. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement is as defined in the wedding couple or host's room block contract. These terms supersede any terms set forth by the resort for reservations that are booked direct.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND PENALTIES: All payments are non-refundable following  July 20, 2026 and the final balance due date is July 20, 2026. 

• If canceled prior to 7/20/2026, there is a $50 per person cancellation fee.
•  If canceled on or after 7/20/2026 - all payments are non-refundable.

Travel protection insurance is highly recommended for all guests and must be purchased within 10 days of your room reservation.  All payments are non-refundable (except via insurance claim) after July 20, 2026. - The insurance policies cover FULL CANCELLATIONS. Partial cancellations are non-refundable and are not covered by this policy.

ERRORS: Each guest is responsible for reviewing their invoice in its entirety. Just Book It Travel is not liable for incorrect invoices. If you need to make a correction, it must be requested PRIOR to the final balance due date. 

PARTIAL PAYMENTS & REFUNDS: All refunds prior to the final balance due date are assessed a 5% merchant processing fee. All payments are non-refundable following the final balance due date. Travel Protection Insurance is highly recommended.

PASSPORTS: Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA).

BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Each guest will request their bedding preference (King vs. Two Double Beds). The request is sent to the resort. Bedding is confirmed at check-in and based upon availability. The Just Book It Travel Team is unable to guarantee bedding requests. 

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS: Any changes made to your existing reservation must be made in writing and are subject to the current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of change.

FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment MUST be received by the due date mentioned in your invoice. Final payments are not automatically charged. We are not responsible for reservations that are auto-cancellations due to non-payment.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Please review and confirm all travel confirmations prior to the final balance due date: misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates etc. are your responsibility.  Final travel documents will be sent to you no later than 7-10 days prior to departure date.

FLIGHTS: All flights must be purchased and managed separately. Please be sure that your check-in and check-out dates for your hotel matches the flight times that you purchased. If you purchased ground transportation or if it is included in your package, you will need to provide Just Book It Travel with your flight arrangements prior to 30 days of departure or you will be responsible for arranging and paying for separate transportation.
