1. Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.
2. All deposits for this itinerary are non-refundable and non-transferrable. There is a cancellation fee of $100 that must be processed prior to completing cancellation requests. No cancellations can be made after final payment. Travel protection is available. PURCHASE CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE within 21 days of making your deposit to protect your money in case you need a refund. COVID-19 just shut the entire world down. Be prepared for the unexpected.
4. The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current (Automatic payments).
5. Choose your roommate wisely. You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. If your roommate stops making payments or cancels, you are responsible for the price of the cabin in total.
3. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport or government issued ID!
6. Name corrections after final payment will incur a $50 change fee.
7. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

COVID-19 has taught us that "anything can happen". Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. Anything can happen; missed flight, getting ill while on vacation or a family emergency arise. Below is a link to several insurance companies. We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should) most carriers require that you buy the policy within 14-21 days of the initial purchase and some the day of your initial deposit. Make your reservation early to keep your monthly payments low.
FINAL PAYMENT IS August 1, 2026.
1. Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability.
2. All roommates must pay the deposit to reserve the room.
3. You will receive payment email reminders to the email address used to register.
4. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by email only to info@thomasexclusivetravel.com. We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes things do not go as planned.
5. Your reservation is confirmed with a deposit; however, cabin selection requires a minimum payment of $250 per person. Guests traveling with children are encouraged to remain current on monthly payments to avoid delays in cabin assignment.
1. The vendors require payment on a timely basis. We cannot extend credit for anyone making late payments. Therefore, we will be reinforcing our failed and late payment fees of $50.
2. Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $100 fee is required to rebook.
3. Any changes such as roommate change, occupancy change, category changes, etc. within 90 days of departure will be assessed a $50 change fee.
