• Rates & Availability: Quotes are subject to change until deposits are paid.

• Payments: Final balances must be paid by the supplier’s due date to avoid cancellation.

• Cancellations/Modifications: Vendor fees may apply. Planning fees are not refundable.

• Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended for all trips. Declining coverage requires a signed waiver.
