Itinerary:

Day 1: Tuesday, April 2: Depart for Tel Aviv

Day 2: Wednesday, April 3: Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport.  Meet your guide and driver and transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight in Tel Aviv at Herod’s Hotel.

Day 3: Thursday, April 4: Independence Hall, Ayalon Institute, Transfer to the Astral Palma Hotel in Eilat.

Day 4: Friday, April 5:  Timna Park with Tabernacle. Masada, overnight at the Royal Hotel in Dead Sea area.

Day 5: Saturday, April 6: Ein Gedi,  Dead Sea Swim at Kalia beach, Qumran, Qaser El Yahud Baptismal Site,  Jericho, Beit Sheen. Overnight at the Caesar Hotel in Galilee.

Day 6: Sunday, April 7: Mt. of Beatitudes, Tabgha, Capernaum, St. Peters Fish Restaurant, Magdala, Ancient Boat Museum. Sea of Galilee Boat ride, Yardenit baptismal site. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight at the Caesar Hotel in Galilee.

Day 7: Monday, April 8: Caesarea Philippi & Banias Falls, Tel Dan, Golan Heights (Mt. Bentel), return to hotel for dinner and overnight at the Caesar Hotel in the Galilee.

Day 8: Tuesday, April 9: Mt. Carmel, Caesarea, Har Bracha overlook of Shechem & Mt. Ebal, Ancient Shiloh, overnight at hotel for dinner and overnight at the Olive Tree in Jerusalem.

Day 9: Wednesday, April 10:  Tower of David Museum, Southern Ramparts walk of Old City walls, City of David: Hezekiah’s tunnel, Pool of Siloam, Pilgrimage Tunnel to Robinson’s Arch (Davidson Center), Western wall tunnels, Dinner and overnight at the Olive Tree. Guest Speaker in the meeting room.

 Day 10: Thursday, April 11: Temple Mount Visit, Pools of Bethesda & St. Annes Church. Old City through Lion Gate, Golden Gate, Israel Museum with Model of Temple, Tour of Knesset (2:00 PM), Guest Speaker in meeting room.

Day 11: Friday, April 12: Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial Site (2 1/2 -3 hours), Emek Zurim Archeological experience, Ben Yehuda Street shopping/ Mahane Yehuda open food market. Dinner and overnight at the Olive Tree Hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 12: Saturday, April 13: Bethany (Lazarus tomb), Mt. Of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane with Private Garden, Communion at Garden Tomb. Overnight at Hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 13: Sunday, April 14: Depart for airport and flight home.

Basic Airport / Flight Information

  • Your airline ticket will be issued electronically.  When you arrive to the airport, please be prepared to present a passport to an airline representative in order to receive your boarding pass.
  • All group seat assignments are under airport control.  Seat assignments online are not available for groups.  Pre-check in is not available to groups.
  • You should arrive at the airport two hours before your flight departs.
  • You are allowed one free checked bag and one free carry on.

Luggage (per person) limitations:

  • Checked:  weight = 50 pounds max
    Maximum Size:  total of length + width + depth = 62”
  • Carry-ons:  you are allowed to bring one piece that will fit in an overhead compartment (up to 14”w x 22”h x 9” deep) plus a smaller piece that will fit under your seat (up to 10”w x 17”h x 9” deep).
  • All carry-on luggage items such as liquids, gels and aerosols must be in 3.4 ounce (100ml) or smaller containers.  Larger containers that are half-full or toothpaste tubes rolled up are not allowed.  There is not a limit on the types of liquids, gels and aerosols in your checked baggage.
  • Hazardous materials see:  PackSafe for Passengers | Federal Aviation Administration (faa.gov) 

Booking:

  • A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required upon registration. The remaining balance can be paid online (with a 4% convivence fee) or by check, according to our schedule. 
  • Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months after your arrival back home. After you register, please send us a photocopy of your passport.
 
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required from each traveler along with their reservation form to guarantee the booking as soon as possible. The remaining balance is due in 3 payments. • The first payment of $2,100 is due on November 2, 2023. • The second payment of $2,100 is due on January 2, 2024. • The final payment of $940 is due on March 2, 2024. • A supplement of $1,475 for single occupancy must be paid in full with the final payment. For those traveling on the land package only, air travel not included, the total is $3,875 including the $300 non-refundable deposit. The first payment of $2,100 is due on November 2, 2023. The second payment of $1,475 is due on January 2, 2024. If using a credit card, a convenience fee (from 3.6% to 4%) will be added to the total.
