Unfortunately, your voyage to Alaska has been cancelled due to the recent announcement by the Government of Canada restricting all cruise traffic and port closures for all cruise ships through October 31, 2020, impacting the Alaska and Canada/New England seasons.

In order to comply with these closures, Celebrity Cruises must now cancel all Alaska and Canada/New England cruises during this time frame.  

I have set up all refunds for each reservation.  Final payments you may have authorized were not processed.  Upon cancellation, guests with refundable air travel or transfers booked through Flights by Celebrity will be refunded automatically.

All items will be refunded back to the original credit card on file, if for any reason that card is inactive, the cruise line still needs to run it though and will notify you.

Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to receive the refund.
