1. Travel Insurance

To protect your travel investment, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Coverage may include:

• Trip cancellation or interruption

• Baggage and personal effects

• Out-of-province medical care

• Emergency evacuation

Please note: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, so we encourage you to secure insurance coverage as early as possible.

2. Travel Documents (E-Documents)

Your travel itinerary and documents will be emailed to you after final payment and within 25 days prior to departure. Before your trip:

• Print all travel documents (e.g., hotel vouchers)

• Review details carefully: names as per passport, birthdates, room category, travel dates, and credit card information

3. Passports & Visas

Ensure you have valid travel documents to enter your destination(s), including:

• Passports (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date)

• Required visas and identification documents

We book your travel through reputable tour operators and resorts. Please note:

• Special requests (e.g., room location, bedding) are not guaranteed and are based on availability at check-in

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Changes after deposit: Subject to a $50 change fee per person

• Changes after final payment: May not be permitted or may incur additional fees

• Cancellations result in 100% loss of payment

5. Flight Information & Terms

Flight times, airlines, aircraft types, and itineraries are subject to change with or without notice. Airlines reserve the right to:

• Substitute alternate carriers or aircraft

• Add en-route stops or make schedule adjustments

Passengers must reconfirm flight times with the airline within 12 hours of departure from both Canada and your destination.

In the event of delays due to weather, traffic, or force majeure, airlines may not provide meals or accommodations. They are not responsible for lost wages, missed holidays, or additional costs incurred due to flight changes. We strongly encourage travel insurance to help protect you against such disruptions.

Note on Direct Flights: A “direct flight” may include stops but does not involve changing aircraft. Passengers typically remain onboard, and checked baggage is not re-claimed during stops.

Champagne Weddings & Travel acts as a booking agent for services such as flights and accommodations provided by third-party tour operators. We do not control the operations, personnel, or services of these suppliers. However, we work exclusively with reputable providers and are licensed with Consumer Protection BC, which offers protection in the event of supplier insolvency.
