  • One group airport transfer is included for both arrival and departure.  If you decline the group transfer, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation. We’re happy to assist with booking a separate airport transfer if needed.

  • Monthly payments are REQUIRED to keep your reservation active, as we are bound by contractual agreements with our hotel and tour partners. If two consecutive monthly payments are missed, your spot on the trip will be forfeited.  
  • Flight Booking Guidelines
    • Outbound: Depart USA (your preferred airport) on March 12, 2027  →  Arrive March 13, 2027 in Cairo (CAI)
    • Return: Depart  Cairo (CAI) on March 20, 2027  →  Arrive March 20, 2027 at your preferred airport
  • Daily itinerary will be shared 3 months before departure. 
  • Please download WhatsApp, as this will be our primary communication tool throughout the trip. The group chat will be launched one month before departure so everyone can connect and stay informed. Feel free to mute the chat until you’re ready to engage. 
CANCELLATION POLICY:


If there’s no other option than to cancel, we’d like to make sure you’re aware of the potential fees involved. The overview below shows this tour’s cancellation fees depending on how far ahead of the departure date you cancel.

All cancellations MUST be in writing and sent to INFO@DELRIOTOURS.COM.  Please note, any refunds of installment payments that have been made over and above the non-refundable deposits will be subject to a 5% processing fee (e.g. a refund of $500 will be charged a $25 fee), a minimum charge of $5 will apply. This processing fee applies if the cancellation is made prior to the effective date of the penalty period for the group.
  • Before 120 Days prior to arrival – Please note that the $300 deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. 
  • Between 50-31 Days prior to arrival – You forfeit 75% of the tour cost.
  • After 30 Days prior to group’s arrival – You forfeit 100% of the tour cost.
