I understand that this form is a legally binding contract and that by affixing my signature and/or submitting to this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon charges. I understand that all payments to Remarkable Travel Experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable and that I should purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
