  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.

  • July 1st, 2025 Two nights room purchase must be made before this date.

  • September 25th, 2025 Remaining balance due before this date.

 

Reminders:

  • To be considered a part of Hayley and Eric’s Wedding Group and attend their wedding events, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel).

  • 3 Night Minimum Required.
  • All guests must stay at Garza Blanca (day passes not sold.)
  • The wedding is on January 16th, 2026. Please schedule your trip before and after that date.
  • Please note Ocean View rooms at Garza Blanca will be on the ocean side of the resort. Your room may only have a view of the ocean from your patio. 
 
 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before June 23rd, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.

  • Between June 23rd, 2025 and September 23rd, 2025 you may reduce up to 20% of the booked room nights without penalty. A one room night per person penalty will apply for category of room nights cancelled beyond the allowed 20%.

  • Between September 23rd, 2025 and October 23rd, 2025 any reduction in room nights will result in a two night per person penalty based on category cancelled.

  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after October 23rd, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

  • If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

 

Garza Blanca Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
