IDENTIFICATION: To ensure smooth and hassle-free travel, it is essential that guests make reservations using the full name listed on their passport, which they will be using for their travel. In the event that any changes need to be made to a name after travel documents have been issued, it's important to note that clients will be responsible for any applicable name change fees. We recommend double-checking all details before confirming your reservation to avoid any unnecessary costs or inconveniences.

REFUNDS: I understand that all DEPOSIT payments made to the agency are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is in place because Hill Travel Adventures  enters into contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not allow them to obtain any refunds. By implementing this policy, Hill Travel Adventures is able to maintain competitive package prices and provide the option for customers to make monthly payments towards their vacation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: To ensure your peace of mind and protect your investment, we strongly advise getting travel insurance that covers various aspects such as Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, and more. This way, if you miss your vacation, you won't have to bear the additional burden of losing the money you paid for it. It is important to note that for both domestic and international tours, it is your responsibility to select and purchase travel insurance.

PRICING: Please note that all prices listed are per person, based on shared twin room occupancy, unless otherwise specified. Additionally, the prices mentioned do not include personal expenses such as laundry, wines, beverages, and food (unless specified as part of an all-inclusive package). Other costs not included are passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes, unless explicitly mentioned in the package inclusions. Furthermore, it's important to be aware that prices are correct at the time of publication. However, due to the fluctuating nature of airfares and limited capacity in certain classes of service, tour package prices and availability may change accordingly. It's advisable to stay updated and consult with our travel experts for the most accurate and up-to-date information on pricing and package availability.

 FORCE MAJEURE:These events refer to situations where either party is unable to perform or complete their obligations under the contract due to circumstances beyond their control. Force majeure events may include acts of God, acts of government, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolts, military action, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities, pandemics, epidemics, prevalent illnesses or health conditions in the travel area, natural disasters such as earthquakes or hurricanes, unexpected legislation, or any other event that is outside the reasonable control of either party.

In the event of a force majeure event, the parties involved will follow the cancellation policies outlined by the suppliers and stated in the travel proposal, as well as the terms and conditions. It's important to note that any changes to these policies are at the discretion of the supplier (if applicable) and the Travel Agency. Passengers will be duly informed of their options and any necessary steps to be taken if a force majeure event occurs.
