Please note that all deposits paid to RoseParties are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

Cancellation requests received: 

                -120 days before trip starts: Entitled to a full refund with no penalty.

                -95 days prior: Acquires a $250 cancellation fee per person.  

                -Less than 95 days prior: Will receive no refund whatsoever. 

All refunds/cancellations must be made in writing to qualify as having been received. 

Late Payments:

All payments made after scheduled due date are subject to a $25 late fee on the balance that is due. Please pay attention to and note all due dates for the vacation you select in order to avoid this fee. 

Failure to make your second scheduled payment in a row may cause your reservation to be cancelled and all previous deposits/payments will be forfeited. 

RoseParties LLC reserves the right to amend or change these policies at any time.
