I, (Cardholder Name), authorize Just Book It Travel Destination Weddings (via Classic Vacations) to charge my credit card for travel services related to the aforementioned invoice in the amount authorized on this signed form. I certify that I am the authorized cardholder (or have been expressly authorized by the cardholder) to approve this transaction.

I understand that this travel purchase is subject to penalties, restrictions, and a non-refundable deposit, and that all payments are non-refundable after the due date(s) as mentioned further below.

Disputes:

I agree that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this form and the supplier’s terms & conditions, as stated on my invoice, registration page, event Q&A page, or any other location where the cancellation policy has been provided.
If I dispute the charge, the wedding couple or event host may be held responsible for covering this cost on my behalf.
Credit card disputes may not be used in lieu of the cancellation policy or due to dissatisfaction with the resort or supplier due to service or accommodations.

Guest Terms & Conditions

By submitting payment, I certify that:

I have reviewed and verified that all travel information on my invoice is accurate.
I am aware of the cancellation policy and understand that without travel protection insurance, I risk losing all payments made.
I am an authorized user of this credit card, and I will not dispute this payment provided the transaction corresponds to the terms of this invoice. If I dispute the charge, the wedding couple or event host may be held responsible for covering this cost on my behalf.
Credit card disputes may not be used in lieu of the cancellation policy or due to dissatisfaction with the resort or supplier.

Payment Schedule

Deposits: $50 of the initial deposit to RSVP is non-refundable.
Final Balance: Due by April 16, 2026. Reservations are subject to automatic cancellation if not paid on time.
Payments: All payments are non-refundable after April 16, 2026 (or as outlined in the wedding couple/host’s room block contract).

Cancellation Policy / Penalties

Cancellation Fees:
- Prior to April 16, 2026: $50 per-person fee.
- On/after April 16, 2026: All payments non-refundable.
Changes: Date changes or reductions after the final balance due date are subject to cancellation penalties.
Refunds: Any eligible refunds must be claimed through the travel protection supplier, not Just Book It Travel. These terms supersede direct resort policies.

Travel Protection Insurance

Strongly recommended for all guests.
Must be purchased and paid for within 10 days of booking.
Covers full cancellations only. Partial cancellations or modifications are non-refundable and not covered.

Errors & Invoices

Each guest is responsible for reviewing their invoice in full.
Corrections must be requested before the final balance due date.
Just Book It Travel is not liable for incorrect invoices, and the cancellation / penalty policy still applies.

Passports

A valid passport is required for all guests, including children and infants.
Passport cards are not valid for international air travel.
Failure to present a valid passport will result in denied boarding with no refund.
Certain destinations (such as the Dominican Republic) require passports to be valid for 6 months past the travel dates.

Reservation Changes

All changes must be requested in writing to info@justbookittravel.com.
Changes are subject to current rates, promotions, and terms at the time of the request.

Travel Documents

Guests must review and confirm travel confirmations (names, dates, spelling, etc.) before the final balance due date.
Final travel documents will be provided 7–10 days before departure.

Flights & Ground Transportation

Flights are booked separately and are the responsibility of each guest.
Ensure flight dates match hotel check-in/check-out.
Ground transportation is an optional service. Guests are responsible for booking transportation directly via the instructions provided.
