Tentative Itinerary:
- Day 1 (Arrival): Arrive to VIP Check-In Service. Settle in and relax. Later enjoy culinary delights over dinner while getting acquainted with the rest of the group.
- Day 2 (Enjoy the Resort): Take in all Coconut Bay has to offer. 9 restaurants, 5 bars including a poolside swim up bar, Cocoland, activity tours, spa services and more!
- Day 3 (Explore St. Lucia): Visit the islands unique sites like the world’s only drive-in volcano plus benefit from the therapeutic power of the hot mineral-rich springs and mud baths.
- Day 4 (Authentic Excursion): Have the day to yourself or join us as we go deep in the heart of St. Lucians with a guided experience in to every day life on the island.
- Day 5 (Beach Day): Enjoy your last day relaxing along a mile-long beach, partying by swim up pools, or splashing around the water park. End with a beachfront bonfire.
- Day 6 (Departure): Farewell breakfast and a final morning to enjoy the resort amenities before departures.

Travel Documentation
Passports
Passports are the preferred travel documentation for JP Koler. Passport number, date of issue, expiration date, and all other pieces of data from the passport ID page are required to be submitted no later than the Final Payment due date for international trips. This information is required on all international trips and is only shared when required by local authorities.
Deposits & Reservations
Booking Process:
To start a booking, you need to agree with these terms and conditions, pay the trip deposit and our professional service fees (where applicable) and complete the credit card authorization form, if using a credit card for payment. We are free to accept your offer on behalf of the relevant Supplier or reject it at our sole discretion. We accept all major credit or debit cards with a verifiable billing address.
A deposit along with a completed registration form is required by all private and group travelers. Unless otherwise specified on a group travel event by JP Koler, anyone can join a group travel event by securing their spot with a deposit as long as the final payment due date hasn’t passed and space is available.
Minimum Monthly Payment Installments
- Once your reservation is secured with a deposit, a minimum monthly payment installments must be received by the due date indicated on your invoice.
- JP Koler will send courtesy reminders for payments due. However, it's the traveler's responsibility to keep up with their trip payments, set their own reminders, and submit their payments in a timely manner.
- You can submit additional payments above the minimum, as long as you've already paid the minimum monthly payment amount. Your additional payment will be applied to your trip balance.
- We will give you a 5 day grace period to make your monthly installment payment. Thereafter, your reservation will be charged a $25 late fee. There is NO GRACE period for final installment due date(s). You will be automatically charged a late fee one day after the due date, and your trip is subject to cancellation.
- Your reservation is subject to cancellation by the supplier if you do not meet the final payment deadline.
- If your reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the money applied towards the reservation will be forfeited and is not refundable and/or transferable to another trip. Your investment is at risk and is non-refundable, regardless if you’ve secured travel protection.
Roommate Payments
Roommates must complete separate registration forms and submit their deposits within 24 hours of one another in order to secure a reservation if they intend on paying separate deposits. Once the registration forms and deposit is received each roommate can make their monthly payments as scheduled on the invoice.
It is all of the roommates’ responsibility to insure that their fellow roommates are making their monthly installment payments by the invoice due date to avoid the adjustment of the reservation occupancy rate to match the number of travelers occupying the room. In this case, the remaining roommate(s) are responsible for paying the difference for the new adjusted occupancy rate. A monthly reservations payment summary for everyone making payments towards the reservation is available on request.
Refunds
Deposits submitted to JP Koler are non-refundable but may be transferable for future travel based on the policies and contractual agreements set forth by our suppliers. It is the traveler’s responsibility to insure they are able to attend and capable of paying for the event, along with any costs not included in the price of the reservation i.e. airfare, meals, activities etc.
JP Koler, LLC is not responsible for any refunds that may be due to a traveler through a travel supplier or a travel protection plan per their terms and conditions. The time frame for refunds can vary. JP Koler will make every effort to assist in sharing of information and transfer of funds if necessary.
Travelers should seriously consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance in order to protect their investment.
Cancellation policy:
- Deposits, service fees and agency fees are non-refundable
- Cancellation 60 days prior to travel will be refunded the trip cost minus deposit and fees, 45 days prior to travel subject to an additional 10% fee, Inside 30 days of travel subject to 75% fee.
- No shows and early departures are subject to a full stay cancellation penalty.
- Your reservation is subject to cancellation by the supplier if you do not meet the final payment deadline. If your reservation is canceled due to non-payment, the money applied towards the reservation will be forfeited and is not refundable and/or transferable to another trip.
- Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa: Cancel up to 7 days in advance of travel for full refund. WORRY-FREE RESCHEDULING: Cancel 3-6 days in advance of travel for 100% credit on future stay (up to 12 months). For Cancellations Inside of 72 hours: 2 night cancellation penalty. NO shows: Full cost of stay penalty.
- Airlines: If your ticket is not included in the No Cancellation Fees policy, then Cancellation fees start at $200 depending on your itinerary (subject to change – the applicable fee is listed in the Fare Rules for your ticket), and you will receive the remaining value of your ticket as an eCredit. The expiration date of your eCredit will depend on the terms of your original ticket and any applicable waivers.
- Allianz Insurance: Trip cancellation insurance gives cash back for prepaid, nonrefundable payments if you have to cancel your trip for one of the reasons covered by your policy. It also may cover the extra cost of single accommodations if your travel companion canceled his or her trip for a covered reason. For a full refund of your premium, you must cancel within 15 days of your plan purchase (depending on your state of residence) and must not have filed a claim or departed on your trip. Premiums are non-refundable after this period.
