Upon check-in, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card and passport. The credit cardholder must be present during check-in, or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit for incidentals, which will be reimbursed upon check-out. Before checking out, stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and sign your final receipt.
To enter Mexico, you will need a valid passport and may need a tourist card, depending on your nationality and purpose of visit. For those traveling for tourism, a passport valid for at least six months from arrival is required. No visa is required for US, Canadian, and EU citizens for 30 days or less.

Name changes: After documents are issued, a $50.00 per-person name change fee will be assessed for name changes requested.
Travel Protection Plus Insurance: MUST BE SELECTED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. From Pre-departure benefits to post-departure protection, Travel Protection Plus (TPP) helps ensure your vacation investment will be fully protected. There are two types:
- Travel Protection Plus (Travel Credit) - With Travel Protection Plus, if your vacation is canceled, you can be reimbursed with a travel credit to invest in your next getaway. You will be credited the amount paid minus the cost of the Travel Protection.
- Travel Protection Plus (Cash Refund) - With Travel Protection Plus, you can be reimbursed in cash when your trip is canceled. You will be refunded the amount paid minus the cost of the Travel Protection.

Initial Deposit due by August 15, 2025
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at registration to secure your spot.
There is a non-refundable 4% credit card processing fee included in the cost.
Reservation Details
- Individual Booking: When booking your spot, ensure that you complete your registration for yourself only. If you're arranging travel with a friend, both parties should make separate bookings.
- Roommates: If you have a preferred roommate, make separate reservations and mention your roommate's name on the registration form.
- Confirmation: Your trip will be officially confirmed once we receive your completed travel registration and the required deposit.
Payment Information
- Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are necessary to maintain your reservation. Staying up-to-date with payments will ensure there are no disruptions to your booking.
- Communication: If you anticipate any difficulty making a payment, contact us within 60 days of the next payment deadline to avoid having your reservation automatically canceled.
- The Final Payment Is Due on December 1, 2025. It's important to note that no extensions will be granted beyond this date.
Additional Requirements
- Passport: You must have a valid passport to travel. It must be valid for at least six months after your return date and have two blank pages. Some countries may not let you enter.
- Occupancy changes may be made up to 70 days before departure with no penalty.
- Name changes will be accepted up to 65 days before arrival; no changes of any type are allowed 10 days or less before arrival.
Booking Confirmation
After receiving your deposit and completing the Travel Registration Policy, your booking will be confirmed via email. As your travel dates approach, more details, including your detailed itinerary and tips for preparation, will follow.
Cancellation policy
- To lower the cost, the trip is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you have Travel Protection Plus Insurance.
- Getting Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended.
