We highly recommend travel insurance. You never know what can happen and having an extra safeguard never hurts. Pricing and Availability
Rates are per person. This package includes one standard room type for all travelers. Select Single Occupancy (choose 1 traveler) or Double Occupancy (choose 2 travelers). The total package price will display based on your selection. Pricing and availability are subject to change until your deposit is received.
 
Roommates Splitting Cost
Book individually at the single-occupancy rate, and enter on the registration form who you will be sharing a room with. An updated invoice will be sent changing from single-occupancy to double-occupancy.
 
Messages
All travelers sharing a room will have access to the trip's message feed.
 
Check-in Policy
The hotel may require a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds
 
Currency and Pricing Fluctuations
Prices are based on the current exchange rate(s). Should there be any considerable currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to the final invoice
 
Passport & Visa Requirements
Passports must be valid valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay and have at least two blank pages for stamps.  A clear copy of your passport MUST BE submitted by the final payment date. Additionally, please note that a Visa is required for entry.
 
Minimum Age
The minimum age to travel with the group is 18 at the time of travel.
 
Flight Schedule
Flights from DTW will be researched in late 2025 or early 2026. The tentative departure date is October 12, 2026 and a return date of October 22, 2026.
 
Referral Program 
Receive $50 for each room referred that is paid in full and not canceled. Referrals are paid out during travel
 
Bedding Type
While requests for bedding types (ie. Double/King Bed, 2 Twin/Queen Beds) can be made, please note that they are not always guaranteed and may be determined at the time of check-in.

Payment & Cancellation policy:

To maintain our package pricing with our vendors, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.  A payment schedule will be provided after the deposit has been received.  Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active.  You must ensure your roommate is making monthly payments (if applicable), or you will be converted to a single occupancy.

ATV Ride - October 16, 2026

An English-speaking guide will pick you up at the hotel, and we will drive to Bali Quad Discovery in Ubud for an ATV Ride. Today's adventure involves taking to four wheels on an all-terrain vehicle (A TV) and riding through sublime countryside - a fun and exciting way to absorb the beautiful rural landscape. Our experienced instructors will carry out a full safety briefing before riding through the cocoa plantation compound, quaint Balinese villages and alongside verdant rice paddies. 

If you crave more of a challenge, the instructor will guide you through some of the most technical terrain the site has to offer and you can attempt to traverse seemingly impossible slopes downhill and then use the full power of the machines to ascend back uphill. Explore the island's hidden beauty in a way that you've never done before on a powerful A TV automatic-transmission CF Moto Cforce 450L 400cc and ride through the most stunning countryside Bali has to offer.
