Terms & Conditions

APPROVAL AND CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION:

I authorize Empowered Eve's, LLC (a subsidiary of Everlasting Romance Vacation Club, LLC) to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that all payments made to Empowered Eve's, LLC may be non- refundable. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: 

If a reservation is canceled, the right to receive a refund is 100%  NON-REFUNDABLE. Trip Insurance is highly recommended and offered to all guests at time of booking.

LATE FEES & FINANCE FEES: 

If you agree to the installment plan you are agreeing to stay on the agreed upon installment schedule along with any fees associated primarily financing fees. Finance and late payment fees are non-refundable. There will be a $25.00 "late fee" assessed for all late payments after the payment is fifteen (15) days past due to everyone agreeing to these "terms and conditions" Any trip not paid off in full by final payment date will be subject to cancellation or at best at $25.00 late fee. 

AUTOMATIC APPROVAL OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

By submitting a deposit to secure your vacation, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions  set forth in the paragraphs listed above.
