• Roundtrip economy airfare is included in your Passport to Paris 2028 package.

• Because airline schedules and group air inventory for February 2028 may not be available at the time you reserve your trip, the airline, flight numbers, departure airport, schedule and routing may be confirmed at a later date.

• Travels by Likisha will make reasonable efforts to secure convenient flight arrangements and prioritize nonstop service when practical; however, nonstop flights, specific airlines, flight times, seat assignments and routings are not guaranteed.

• Airfare included in the package applies only to the flight arrangements designated by Travels by Likisha. Travelers requesting a different departure city, alternate dates, extended stay, upgraded cabin, preferred routing or other customized flight arrangements may be responsible for any additional cost.

• Once airline tickets are issued, airline rules and restrictions apply. Schedule changes, cancellations, delays, aircraft substitutions, seat changes and other airline operational decisions are controlled by the airline and are outside the control of Travels by Likisha.

• Do not purchase separate connecting flights, hotels or other non-refundable arrangements based on anticipated group flight times until your confirmed flight information has been provided.

ROOMING & HOTEL INFORMATION

Your package includes four nights at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel in the contracted room category, based on the occupancy selected at booking. Room locations, bedding requests, connecting rooms, adjoining rooms, early check-in, late checkout and specific views are requests only unless expressly confirmed in writing.

​Eiffel Tower-view rooms are not included or guaranteed with the contracted group room block.  Any available upgrades requested by a traveler will be subject to additional charges and hotel availability.

ROOMMATES & DOUBLE-OCCUPANCY BOOKINGS

Package pricing of $3,850 per person is based on double occupancy.

Travelers booking double occupancy are responsible for identifying and maintaining an eligible roommate unless Travels by Likisha expressly offers a roommate-matching program.  Each traveler is individually responsible for making their required payments.  If a roommate cancels, fails to pay, becomes ineligible to travel or otherwise leaves the reservation, the remaining traveler may become responsible for any applicable single-occupancy supplement or revised room cost required to maintain the reservation.

Travels by Likisha is not responsible for disagreements, incompatibility or personal disputes between roommates.  

CURRENCY & SUPPLIER PRICE CHANGES

Passport to Paris includes services purchased in foreign currency and services provided by independent suppliers.  Package pricing has been developed using the rates, taxes, exchange rates and supplier costs available during trip planning.

Government-imposed taxes or fees, significant currency fluctuations, supplier-imposed surcharges or other costs outside the control of Travels by Likisha may affect the final cost of travel.  Where permitted by the booking agreement and applicable law, travelers will be notified of any required adjustment before the affected amount becomes due.

ITINERARY CHANGES

We've planned an amazing Paris experience, but international travel sometimes requires flexibility.

The advertised itinerary represents the experiences currently planned for Passport to Paris 2028. Exact times, restaurants, attractions, transportation arrangements and the order of activities may change.  Travels by Likisha reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary substitutions or modifications when necessary because of availability, weather, transportation disruptions, supplier changes, closures, safety considerations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.  When possible, we will seek a comparable alternative.

A change in the order, timing or supplier of an itinerary component does not by itself constitute cancellation of the entire travel package.

OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Optional excursions and add-ons are not included in the $3,850 package price unless specifically identified as included.  This includes our planned optional Eiffel Tower/Madame Brasserie experience and any other optional activities offered before or during the trip.  Optional experiences may have separate prices, deposits, cancellation policies, minimum participation requirements and availability restrictions.

COMMUNICATION

The email address and mobile telephone number provided on your reservation will be used for important trip communications.

Travelers are responsible for keeping their contact information current and reviewing communications from Travels by Likisha.  A private group communication channel may be established closer to departure for trip updates, reminders, packing information and final travel details.

LATE PAYMENTS & DEFAULT

Failure to make payments by the scheduled due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of all payments made.  Travels by Likisha, LLC reserves the right to apply $250/pp late fees or revoke promotional pricing for delinquent accounts.

TRAVEL DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS

All travelers are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying proper travel documentation, including a valid passport. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel dates.

Travels by Likisha, LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed flights, or additional costs incurred due to invalid or missing travel documentation.

NAME CHANGES & ROOMMATE RESPONSIBILITY

All reservations must match the traveler’s government-issued identification exactly. Name changes may result in additional supplier fees and are not guaranteed.

Travelers selecting double occupancy without a roommate are responsible for securing their own roommate. If a roommate cancels, each remaining traveler is responsible for any additional occupancy charges or single supplement fees.

FORCE MAJEURE

Travels by Likisha, LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, injury, damage, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, supplier bankruptcy, labor disputes, terrorism, civil unrest, airline schedule changes, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of any supplier-imposed changes, cancellations, or delays, all refunds and credits shall be subject to the individual supplier’s terms and policies.
